## Description

We are seeking a Technical Solution Manager to provide account management and high-level technical support to customers in the academic segment.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical source for supporting sales and marketing activities, taking full responsibility for the daily operation of customer service functions to strengthen customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing primary business, technical, and product/service advice to customers

- Analyzing customers' needs and resolving troubleshooting and complaints

- Identifying potential areas of concern and making recommendations

- Maintaining close communication with customers and facilitating communication with technical support

- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sustainable growth

- Organizing and providing training for internal sales and external distributors

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in a relevant life science discipline, such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, and peptide therapeutics, or a Master's degree with relevant industry experience.
