## Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the team building code-native Webflow. This is a player-coach role where you will grow an exceptional team while staying close to the technical work.

Responsibilities:

- Set the technical and product direction for making Webflow code-native

- Lead the integration of coding agents into the Webflow building experience

- Own the developer experience of working with Webflow in code

- Turn an emerging problem space into a coherent roadmap

- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams across Webflow

- Stay technically engaged through architecture, design reviews, prototyping, and hands-on contribution

- Hire, coach, and develop engineers while building a high-performing technical culture

Requirements:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

- 4+ years experience leading engineering teams building developer products or platforms

- Strong technical depth in areas like compilers, code generation, or developer infrastructure

- Experience building with AI or agentic systems

- Track record of turning ambiguous technical problems into usable systems

- Comfortable balancing long-term architecture with shipping and learning

- Leadership style combining high technical standards with coaching and team development
