## Description

Ubisoft Barcelona, part of Ubisoft's international network of production studios, has developed a strong expertise in videogame production over 20 years. As a Production Manager, you will be part of a Rainbow Six Siege team, implementing processes, methods, and tools to manage project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of a specific development area of the game

- Bridge stakeholders with your team, ensuring the vision is clearly understood and turned into deliverables

- Report progress, anticipate risks, resolve dependencies, and support your team to meet deliverables within defined budgets and schedules

- Identify obstacles, suggest improvements to pipelines, and apply iterative processes to streamline workflows

- Maintain alignment between development teams, external partners, and organisational goals

- Lead an Agile multidisciplinary high-performing team

- Negotiate the team's scope for each season with stakeholders and deliver it on time, quality, and budget

- Work with stakeholders to define mandate priorities and KPIs

- Create schedules and roadmaps

- Manage risks

- Facilitate the team's success by ensuring proper communication and visibility within the team and with stakeholders

- Establish and maintain a healthy, inclusive, and diverse team spirit

- Participate in hiring and developing team members

Qualifications:

- Player-centric mindset

- Understanding of videogame development foundations

- Solid grasp of production techniques and methodologies, including Agile

- Autonomous and proactive

- Analytical skills

- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Proficiency in game development production tools (Jira, Confluence, Office Suite, etc.)

- Passion for video games

- Knowledge of the competitive FPS scene is a plus
