## Description

As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Utrecht store, you will provide expert product advice to customers, setting an example for your team.

You will be the go-to person for colleagues on the shop floor and assist with complex customer queries.

Your responsibilities include training, supervising, coaching, and guiding your colleagues on the shop floor, as well as giving proactive feedback to help them improve their work.

Together with your team, you will continually improve the Coolblue store, sharing your ideas with the Store Manager.

The salary for this role ranges from € 2,891 to € 3,091 per month, based on 40 hours of work.
