## Description

The Employee Relations Manager will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive approach to Employee Relations across West Midlands Police.

The role involves providing expert advice on employee relations matters, negotiating with Trade Unions, Police Federation, and Staff Associations, and managing legal cases.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing expert guidance to managers on employee relations matters

- Supporting the management of complex employee relations cases

- Developing, reviewing, and implementing employee relations policies and procedures

- Building effective relationships with senior leaders, managers, Trade Union representatives, and other stakeholders

- Developing and implementing employee relations interventions to strengthen management capability and improve employee engagement

The role requires a hybrid schedule, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

The salary range for this position is £52,194.00 - £57,186.00.
