## Description

We are looking for a Credit Analyst I to join our Small Business Lending team. As a Credit Analyst I, you will analyze complex personal and corporate loan portfolio financial statements for loan risk rating and monitoring purposes.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial statements to assess loan risk and monitor covenant compliance

- Set up tracking for and monitor facilities for collateral valuation and credit weaknesses

- Perform $1-3MM Loan Interim Reviews and prepare Loan Packages for Annual Reviews

- Prepare and analyze financial spreads and cash flow statements

- Maintain high-quality, timely financial spreads and credit packages

- Manage communication with borrowers and co-workers

- Train for and master advanced credit concepts

- Support other credit-related activities and divisional projects

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

- 2+ years of experience in financial statements, lending analysis, underwriting or loan review

This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
