## Description

Neighbor is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Host Success Agent to help commercial and residential property owners grow their earnings on the platform.

The role involves:

- Scheduling and executing phone calls with property owners to create Google Maps pins for their Neighbor listings (50-75% of time)

- Improving Google Maps pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations

- Distributing signs to property owners to scale Neighbor's signage program

- Acting as the front line of communication with property owners to improve their listings

- Proposing solutions to make Host Success initiatives more efficient and effective

Requirements:

- At least one year of work experience

- Strong attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers professionally

- Ability to follow a process while spotting ways to improve it

- Strong organizational skills

Nice to haves:

- Interest in local SEO, marketplaces, or marketing

- Experience building AI workflows
