## Description

Databricks is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join its team in Sydney, Australia. This role is designed as a Core role, focusing on driving the company's growth by expanding its footprint with existing customers.

The Impact You Will Have:

- Drive consumption by helping customers derive value from the platform

- Secure strategic committed deals and co-invest in high-priority initiatives

- Prospect and generate leads using various strategies and resources

- Build relationships with key prospects and displace incumbent technologies

- Execute sales strategies and manage the sales cycle

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success

What We Look For:

- Proven track record in sales, ideally with FSI/global accounts

- Experience selling innovation in Data Platforms, AI/ML, Big Data, or Cloud technology

- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement skills

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Understanding of Databricks' platform and its value proposition

- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
