## Description

S&P Global Ratings' Structured Finance and Alternative Investment Funds team evaluates the credit risk of securitized products and fund structures. You will guide and coach junior analysts, strengthen team productivity, and lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits.

**Responsibilities:**

- Guide and coach junior analysts and research staff, building capability in credit analysis, data discipline, and analytical tooling.

- Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits.

- Synthesize portfolio performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-ready insights.

- Engage with external stakeholders, translating complex data and analysis into clear narratives.

**Requirements:**

- Direct experience analyzing securitized products, fund structures, or related structured finance instruments.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality analytical work across multiple credits with limited oversight.

- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- Anticipated base salary range: $92,000 to $145,000 USD (for US candidates) or 94,000 to 130,000 CAD (for Canadian candidates).
