## Description

We are seeking a Chef de Rang to join our team at Le NEST Paris La Défense MGallery Collection, a 5-star hotel located in the heart of La Défense.

As a Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for orchestrating the service of your team to provide an impeccable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve clients, present the menu, and provide fluid and professional service.

- Promote our menu and regional specialties, advising clients on wine pairings.

- Manage the dining area, ensuring the smooth running of meals, setting and clearing tables, and monitoring orders.

- Participate in the setup and smooth operation of the hotel's food and beverage spaces.

- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and cleanliness standards in the dining area, and apply brand standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurants, ideally as a server or chef de rang.

- Strong service skills and genuine customer focus.

- Good presentation and excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.

- Dynamic, reactive, and able to manage high-activity periods.

- Organised, meticulous, and detail-focused.

- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in all circumstances.

- Proficiency in English is beneficial.

- Knowledge of HACCP standards and hygiene rules in restaurants is appreciated.
