## Description

We're seeking customer service agents to support J.W. Pepper, helping bands, choirs, and orchestras with their musical needs. You'll work remotely, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.

**Qualifications**

- 1 year of customer service or support experience

- 1 year of call center or office background

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Technical skills: able to use multiple browsers, systems, and dual monitors; proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with CRM systems a plus

- Quick learner, independent worker, strong communicator

- Must be 18+, pass a background check and drug screen, and speak, read, write, and understand English

**Responsibilities**

- Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat

- Manage inbound calls efficiently

- Provide solutions and alternatives to customers

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- Participate in customer satisfaction efforts

- Multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality

**Required Skills/Abilities**

- Strong communication and active listening skills

- Customer-focused with adaptability

- Composure in challenging situations

- Effective use of technology

- Physical requirements: sitting, using hands, lifting up to 30 lbs
