## Description

Join our motivated, high-performance team in Lyon. As a Sales Manager, you will own the commercial development of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. You will identify and prospect vacation rental owners and property managers, build genuine market knowledge, and come up with initiatives to develop your region.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and prospecting vacation rental owners and property managers across the region

- Owning the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed deal and publication of the property

- Regularly traveling across the region to meet prospects and clients in person

- Building genuine market knowledge, including competitors, seasonality, pricing dynamics, and key local players

- Coming up with initiatives to develop your region and organizing local events to promote Holidu

As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with an Account Manager to ensure a smooth handover after onboarding the property. You will also track your KPIs with discipline and know how to read your numbers.

Requirements include:

- High level of self-motivation and ability to convince vacation rental homeowners both on the phone and face-to-face

- Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships

- Solution-driven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organized way

- Near native French and good English skills

- Driver's license
