## What you'll do

As a practicum student in Digital Sales Transformation at Porsche Financial Services GmbH, you will support our team for 6 months as a full-fledged team member in the direct customer and dealer environment. You will have the opportunity to independently drive topics forward, develop the point-of-sale technologies of tomorrow, and gain a direct insight into the interface between IT, business, and sales organization for the brands Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Bugatti.

- Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung und Durchführung von Vertriebsaktivitäten in Bezug auf die Finanzdienstleistungsprodukte der Porsche Financial Services

- Mitwirkung bei Projekten im Rahmen der Digitalen Transformation nach strukturierten und agilen Vorgehensmodellen

- Unterstützung beim Aufbau der Supportorganisation für die Point-of-Sales-Systeme der Porsche Financial Services und Mitarbeit bei der Prozessmodellierung und –analyse

- Selbständige Durchführung von Aufgaben und Kleinprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Point of Sale Applikationen

- Erstellung von Reports, Analysen und Präsentationen im Hinblick auf die Vertriebsleistung

- Mitwirkung bei der operativen sowie strategischen Vertriebssteuerung

- Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Gremien

- Einbringen von eigenen Ideen zu Prozessen, Entwicklungen und IT-Innovationen

## What you need

- Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Vertrieb

- IT-Affinität und Interesse an der Schnittstellentätigkeit zwischen IT, Fachbereich und Handel

- Erste Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement wünschenswert

- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

- Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
