## Description

Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our remote operations on a FIFO/BIBO basis from Sydney, NSW. You'll work in a busy camp environment preparing quality meals for mining communities.

The Role:

- Prepare meals across breakfast, crib, and dinner services

- Work in a high-volume catering environment

- Maintain food safety and HACCP standards

- Deliver consistent quality and presentation

- Work as part of a supportive kitchen team

About You:

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

- Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens

- FIFO, DIDO, or remote site experience desirable but not essential

- Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

- Full Australian working rights
