## Description

We are seeking a Director for Control Management Shared Services to lead a team of Risk, Controls and Compliance Management Specialists. You will provide expert advice to the business on regulatory matters and oversee governance of Capital One's Risk, Controls and Compliance Management Programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing strategic oversight and people management for control testing, compliance and risk management functions

- Building strong partnerships with risk advisors to ensure consistent and comprehensive guidance for the business

- Performing extensive gap assessments and creating recommendations for smart business decisions

- Monitoring remediation plans of any internal or regulatory findings within the business area of responsibility

- Working with dynamic teams on departmental process management and execution

To qualify, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree

- At least 10 years of experience in Risk Management

- At least 5 years of experience in People Management

- Willingness to work in a mid-shift schedule and hybrid setup

Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate degree, foundational knowledge in Financial Services, and certifications in Business Process Management, Six Sigma, Agile and Compliance (CRCM).
