Job Overview

As a Minibar Attendant at Soho House São Paulo, you will be responsible for maintaining the minibar stock, cleanliness, and providing excellent service to guests and members.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure daily cleaning of minibar cabinets and perform deep cleaning tasks

- Maintain, track, and replenish minibar stock levels using a daily spreadsheet

- Check expiration dates of minibar products and remove them as needed

- Provide designated floor and room service for minibar requests

- Replace dirty dishes with clean ones

- Conduct weekly inventory counts of minibar items in apartments and stockroom

- Perform monthly inventory counts of guest supplies and linens

- Collaborate with management to dispose of expired products and damaged linens

- Organize guest supply and cleaning product stock

- Support laundry activities

- Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisor/ manager

Requirements:

- Basic verbal communication skills
