## Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Independent Reviewing Service, responsible for ensuring high-quality advocacy for children in our care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, management, and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team of Independent Reviewing Officers

- Ensuring advocacy for children in our care

- Overseeing practice standards and quality assurance

- Developing and implementing service improvements

Requirements:

- Registered Qualified Social Work Practitioner/Manager

- Extensive post-qualifying experience in a safeguarding setting or children looked after service

- Strong leadership and quality assurance skills

The role is hybrid, with a requirement to be office-based at least 3 days a week.
