## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finishing Department Specialist to join our VCARB F1 Team in Milan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality finishing of composite materials, specifically carbon fibre components.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge and utilisation of cutting and drilling tools for carbon fibre (such as drills, milling machines, etc.).

- Comprehensive understanding of composite material manufacturing processes, particularly trimming and bonding phases.

- Familiarity with the use of abrasive pastes and silicones.

- Ability to install commercial inserts (e.g., Keen-Sert, Olivette, rivets, ribattini, and helicoil) into carbon components.

- Proficiency in reading 2D drawings.

- Knowledge of measurement tool usage (calipers, comparators).

- Basic understanding of the English language.

The minimum fixed salary for this position is defined according to the Metalmeccanica Industria (Federmeccanica/Assistal) collective agreement for level C1.
