## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Key Accounts - Hotels to lead a brand new, globally distributed team of Enterprise Account Managers at Airbnb. As a key member of the Airbnb Hotels team, you will build and manage relationships with high-value, above-property hotel groups, driving incremental bookings and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading key accounts teams, preferably in the travel and hospitality industry, and a strong network of relationships with major hotel groups. You will be responsible for developing and executing the Key Accounts strategy, managing and growing relationships with multinational hotel groups, and building a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a distributed team of Enterprise Account Managers

- Developing and executing the Key Accounts playbook

- Managing and growing relationships with multinational hotel groups

- Building a high-performing team and mentoring account managers

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

- 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in sales or account management roles in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce

- 6+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing teams

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

- Established relationships with major hotel groups

- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching companies, teams, or significant initiatives

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience in the hospitality technology space

- Familiarity with OTAs and hotel distribution

- Proficiency with CRM tools, project management tools, and business intelligence tools
