## Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Westschweiz. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sales in a defined area and achieving agreed-upon sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Sales in the defined area and responsibility for achieving agreed-upon sales and revenue targets

- Coordination and development of regional sales strategies

- Optimal customer care and maintenance of customer relationships in the area

- Conducting product training at the point of sale

- Implementation and management of order management

- Ensuring and optimizing agreed-upon presence (POS tools) in stores

- Continuous market and competitive observation and analysis

- Support for events, ski tests, and customer events

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in sales, ideally as a sales representative or in a comparable position

- Team player with excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently, proactively, and goal-oriented

- Very good organizational skills and high attention to detail and service orientation

- Analytical skills and experience in handling sales data

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

- Driver's license class B

- High willingness to travel within the area of responsibility
