## Description

We are seeking a Content Producer to join our team at Red Bull Poland. As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for preparing and producing editorial and video content that supports the marketing activities of Red Bull Poland. You will work closely with the local creative community to ensure high-quality production and editorial standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and produce innovative, high-quality video content that aligns with the values and standards of Red Bull.

- Collaborate with top production companies and talented creatives to create original video content that excites a wide audience.

- Create video content around Red Bull athletes and events that generate interest among a broad audience.

- Build and develop a network of collaborators in the fields of creation, animation, and production.

- Identify opportunities for co-production with external broadcasters (VOD platforms, TV stations, and horizontal portals).

- Oversee production at every stage of content creation, from concept development to delivery.

- Be responsible for the production of short-form content for social media channels, as well as longer feature films and television productions.

- Manage project budgets and track expenses.

- Ensure the protection of video material rights.

International Collaboration:

- Maintain regular contact with the international production team at Red Bull Media House, consulting on initiatives.

- Oversee the preparation of materials in accordance with Red Bull Media House technical specifications.

- Produce live transmissions in collaboration with the international Red Bull TV Live team.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in comprehensive video content production for media or online platforms (from idea to post-production).

- In-depth knowledge of fundamental narrative principles in short-form video formats.

- Ability to create treatments and concise scripts (including storyboards with graphic collaboration).

- Proficiency in English language.

- Experience in producing live transmissions of sporting or cultural events.

- Creative mind that always seeks new solutions inspired by the surrounding world.

- Well-organized person who can work under time pressure on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of the industry and a rich list of contacts in the phone book (production companies, freelancers, creative people).

- Familiarity with the latest video production tools and current trends.

- Ability to edit video materials (desirable).

- Ability to work in a large, dynamic team at an international level.
