## Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. The Strategy & Commercial Operations (S&O) team plays a key role in shaping and executing VCA Europe’s strategy.

The Senior Manager, AI Transformation and Change Management will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives including AI adoption across Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Europe. This role will lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications and capability-building activities that help embed new ways of working and improve organisational effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead change activities across AI, transformation and strategic initiatives.

- Develop and deliver change, communication and adoption strategies for new tools, platforms and ways of working.

- Assess stakeholder impact, manage risks and drive engagement.

- Support leaders in embedding behavioural change and organisational effectiveness.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as required.

**Digital, AI & Platform Adoption:**

- Drive adoption of digital platforms, knowledge solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.

- Partner with business and technology teams to build awareness, capability and usage.

- Monitor adoption and identify opportunities to improve business impact and productivity.

**Engagement & Communications:**

- Design and deliver communication and engagement plans to support transformation initiatives.

- Build stakeholder and champion networks to accelerate adoption and knowledge sharing.

- Promote new platforms, processes, governance models and ways of working.

**Learning & Capability Building:**

- Develop and deliver learning programmes, workshops and enablement initiatives.

- Support capability frameworks, career development and mentoring programmes.

- Create toolkits, playbooks and guidance materials that enable sustainable change.

**Measurement & Continuous Improvement:**

- Define and track adoption, engagement and business outcome metrics.

- Produce insights, dashboards and leadership updates on progress and risks.

- Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve programme effectiveness.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
