## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Accounting to lead the accounting and financial reporting activities of AHM Automobile Business Segment in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP/SOX.

The successful candidate will manage and review AHM financial reporting and account analysis for Automobile Segments, coordinate quarterly/annual financial audits, prepare account analysis for management, implement new accounting standards, and develop/train staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, five plus years of Public Accounting experience or seven plus years of Private Accounting experience, technical accounting analyses under IFRS/US GAAP, management/supervising experience, good communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint), and SAP knowledge is a plus.

**Key Accountabilities:**

- Manage and review AHM financial reporting and account analysis for Automobile Segments

- Coordinate AHM quarterly/annual financial audit (including SOX compliance)

- Prepare/present account analysis from business performance perspectives to management

- Implement new accounting standards/modify existing reporting in accordance with IFRS/write accounting memos for new transactions

- Develop/Train staff by transferring knowledge/providing challenging work/asking questions for process improvements

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

- Five plus years of Public Accounting experience or seven plus years of Private Accounting experience

- Technical Accounting analyses under IFRS/US GAAP and application

- Management/Supervising experience

- Experience in a multinational company is a plus

- Good communication skills (verbal/written)

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

- SAP knowledge is a plus

- CPA Preferred
