As a Night Receptionist at our Midscale Hotel in Belo Horizonte, you will be responsible for receiving guests, providing information, and performing check-in and check-out procedures. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service and adhering to our high standards.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests, providing information and assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.

- Manage room assignments, provide keys, and direct guests to their rooms.

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Process payments and manage accounts.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Completed secondary education.

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Basic English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Studying Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Intermediate English and Spanish language skills.

- Experience in the hospitality industry.
