We're seeking a talented individual to join our Software Engineering Graduate Apprenticeship programme. As a Technology Developer at Barclays, you'll build and improve the systems that support our customers. You'll learn software engineering practices, collaborate with experienced teams, and help create reliable, secure digital services.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and improve software using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.

- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.

- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
