## Description

We are seeking an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join our IPO Vetting team at HKEX. You will provide support to a team manager in processing IPO applications, draft comment letters and department reports to the Listing Committee, and assist with pre-IPO enquiries, IPO-related policy matters, and ad hoc projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide support to a team manager in processing IPO applications

- Draft comment letters and Department reports to Listing Committee

- Provide support for pre-IPO enquiries, IPO related policy matters and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

- Provide accounting, legal or other professional support to the work of the Listing Department

**Requirements:**

- Qualified lawyers/accountants with a minimum of 7 years working experience or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least 7 years working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field

- Good experience that demonstrates knowledge of the Listing Rules and knowledge of the securities industry and its practices including securities laws and accounting practices

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential

- Candidate with less experience or exposures will be considered as Associate
