Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Wigan Robin Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on M&S Food products, showcasing your expertise and enthusiasm

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools such as Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team dynamic, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

**Schedule:** Monday: 06:00 - 10:00 Tuesday: 06:00 - 10:00 Thursday: 06:00 - 10:00 Friday: 06:00 - 10:00 Saturday: 06:00 - 10:00

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
