## Description

Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in either home or clinic environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments

- Implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as directed by a supervising Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

- Collecting data and submitting session notes

- Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors

- Participating in regular staff meetings and training sessions

- Commuting to various locations using your own vehicle and being punctual for appointments

- Performing other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

- Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing

- The ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families

- A valid state identification card

- Reliable transportation

- A clean criminal background check

- RBT certification

- Spanish speaking skills
