As a Beauty Expert at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be the heart of our store, empowering customers to be their most beautiful version of themselves.

You will combine expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Build solid relationships with team members and management

- Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG

- Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers
