## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of flight and hardware test operations across our test site network.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead Scheduling & Coordination and Site Operations teams

- Manage the end-to-end operating model for test execution

- Serve as the single accountable operations leader for test-site throughput

- Partner with Hardware Test Operations leadership, Safety and Standards, and other teams

- Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and operating reviews

- Establish and enforce a consistent operating model across all Anduril test sites

- Manage external relationships and serve as operational point of contact

- Partner with the Safety & Standards team to ensure test-site operations comply with policies

- Support incident response and post-event reviews

- Travel up to 50% between internal test sites and external partner ranges

**Requirements**

- 7+ years of progressive experience in test operations, flight test, range operations, or a closely related operational leadership field

- 3+ years of direct people-management experience

- Demonstrated experience running or leading operations at a flight test range

- Strong program and project management foundation

- Track record of building and enforcing operating cadence

- Experience partnering with safety and standards functions

- Proficiency with modern business and operations tooling

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior experience leading operations at a USG test range

- Background in aviation operations

- Experience standing up or scaling operations at multiple geographically distributed sites

- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate

- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

- Experience integrating operations across manned and unmanned aircraft systems
