## Description

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team as the first point of contact for patients visiting our practices.

As a front-of-house role, you will be responsible for creating a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment for patients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting patients and visitors in person as they arrive

- Checking patients in for their appointments face-to-face

- Taking and recording patient vitals and observations

- Preparing patients for their appointments

- Supporting safe and smooth patient flow through the practice

- Using empathy and de-escalation skills to support anxious or upset patients

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming waiting area

No previous clinical experience is required; full training is provided.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in getting the small things right.
