## Description

We’re Workday, a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Platform Marketing team.

The Platform Marketing team drives the strategy and go-to-market for establishing Workday as a platform company. You'll drive and evolve Workday's platform narrative for the audience that decides whether Workday is a strategic bet or a point solution: CIOs, CTOs, and the analysts who cover them.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute the platform narrative and positioning for CIOs and CTOs

- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to understand the challenges facing CIOs and CTOs

- Partner across global marketing to weave the platform narrative consistently into everything customer- and market-facing

- Equip leadership, field marketing, sellers, and outbound teams to deliver the platform narrative with confidence

**Requirements**

- 8-10+ years in product or platform marketing

- Genuine familiarity with platform products and technical IT buyer personas

- Skilled at cross-functional orchestration without formal authority

- Strong executive presence and communication

**Nice to Have**

- Familiarity with developer personas and AI platform products

**What We Offer**

- Annualized base salary range: $133,600 - $200,400 (primary location), $127,000 - $225,500 (additional US locations)
