As a Beauty Expert at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be the heart of our store, empowering customers to be their most beautiful version.

You will:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Champion world-class artistry and customer experience

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company grooming standards

Ideally, you will have:

- An NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers
