## Description

Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant, where you’ll work alongside a Physical Therapist in administering patient treatments while educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines.

You will have the chance to work with a broader team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care.

**Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapist Assistant**

- Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using various methods.

- Establish strong relationships with each patient to help them exceed their functional goals.

- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.

- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

**Qualifications**

- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapist assistant program.

- State Licensure.

- Basic Life Support Certification.

**Compensation & Bonus Structure**

- Base Salary: $28/hr - $37/hr (based on experience and market factors).

- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.

- Sign-On Bonus available in select locations.
