Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service to customers, making sure they feel valued every time they shop with us

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

Requirements:

- Be digitally confident and able to use digital tools

- Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment

- Be flexible and able to adapt to changing demands

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment

Working Hours:

- Sunday: 16:00 - 20:00

- Monday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Tuesday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Saturday: 19:00 - 23:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Benefits:

- Competitive pay rate

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 p/h for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
