## Description

As a Store Manager at Mejuri, you will be a charismatic leader with exceptional service and sales acumen, driving growth and awareness of Mejuri in your store and market.

You will manage and provide oversight on all aspects of profit, customer, people, merchandising, and operations in your store, partnering with various cross-functionals to exceed targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving revenue and exceeding targets

- Leading by example and validating the quality of the in-store customer experience

- Managing inventory, order fulfillment, and store organization

- Ensuring positive customer experience and promoting services offerings

- Monitoring assortment performance and determining action steps to improve sell-through

- Building healthy relationships with employees and establishing a positive and engaging work environment

Requirements:

- Experience in high-volume retail environment

- Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales and controlling expenses

- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent

- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment

- Excellent communication skills

This role currently has a base pay range of $85,000- $95,000 per annum based on a candidate’s experience and qualifications.
