## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director, PE Business Partner – AI & UGC to support its AI & UGC organization. The successful candidate will partner with leaders to build talent strategies, enable business strategy, support organizational effectiveness, and develop people practices that help the organization scale with speed and discipline.

The Director, PE Business Partner – AI & UGC will:

- Develop talent strategies and People Experience roadmaps that align with current needs while anticipating the next phase of growth

- Partner with senior leaders to build leadership capability, enable business strategy, and support organizational effectiveness

- Identify structural or cultural barriers early and build lightweight, yet effective solutions

- Track people and organizational metrics and provide insights that inform decisions

- Guide workforce and talent planning, including workforce planning, succession, hiring strategy, and capability development

- Build mission-aligned teams through thoughtful talent reviews and planning that strengthen organizational capability over time

- Establish scalable operating rhythms, planning processes, and ways of working that increase clarity, accountability, and execution

Requirements:

- 10+ years in HR/People Experience, with time spent in startups and high-growth environments

- Proven ability to build HR/people infrastructure from scratch and to reinvent it as organizations scale

- Strong in org design, change leadership, and talent strategy

- Demonstrated ability to balance speed with strategic scaling

- Comfortable challenging leaders and inspiring them to think differently

- Passion for building cultures that embrace experimentation and continuous reinvention
