## Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting professional to join our Financial and Regulatory Reporting team in Shanghai. You will be responsible for efficiently delivering Regulatory Reporting front to back, including producing reports, submitting data, and ensuring process efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Head of Regulatory Reporting (1104), PBOC, SAFE and other regulatory reporting

- Collaborate with business and infrastructure partners to deliver value to the bank

- Deliver results on projects and initiatives through AI/Innovation

- Maintain effective relationships with regulators

- Ensure accountability for Reg Reporting quality, accuracy, and timeliness

**Requirements:**

- 15+ years of post-qualified experience in Finance, Control, or Analytical areas within a financial institution

- Hands-on experience with local regulatory reporting and dealing with regulators' requests

- Good working knowledge of managing processes and validation

- Strong Chinese and English writing skills for identifying issues and problem-solving

- Experience with data and technology is a plus

- Financial control and leadership skills

- Project management skills to lead changes in processes, systems, people, solutions, and sourcing

- AI Automation and process streamlining experience

- Interpreting local regulatory rules and market practices

- Strategic thinking and realization

- Business judgment and acumen

- Teamwork and collaboration skills

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows
