Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

You'll be a key ambassador for M&S, showcasing your knowledge of our food products, recommending new items, and ensuring customers feel valued.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various store areas

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including Sundays and evenings

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

As a Customer Assistant, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and representing the M&S brand.

**Working Pattern:**

- Sunday: 17:00-21:00

- Tuesday: 17:00-21:00

- Wednesday: 17:00-21:00

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
