## Description

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Finance business in Amsterdam as an Investment Banking Intern.

As an integral part of our team, you'll assist on projects that find new ways to help our clients reach their financial goals. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, but you might be modelling and forecasting a client's financial statements, valuing a company, preparing marketing materials for a client pitch or for an equity or debt issue.

You'll enjoy plenty of support from managers and mentors, along with unparalleled global exposure. Our teams usually include both Amsterdam and London-based bankers, providing you with a truly international investment banking exposure.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist on projects to help clients reach their financial goals

- Perform various tasks such as financial statement modelling, company valuation, and preparing marketing materials

- Interact with clients and work on current deals

- Develop analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

**Requirements:**

- Finalizing academic university education; ideally in penultimate year of study

- Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)

- Excellent academic records

- Developed analytical skills

- Creative problem-solving abilities
