## Description

We are seeking a BIM Engineer - Lighting to join our team in Noida, India.

The successful candidate will manage small, medium, and large-scale BIM Models for specialist lighting services, supporting BIM implementation of lighting design elements, and ensuring adherence to ISO19650 BIM Standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing BIM models and collaborating with architects, interior designers, and engineers

- Creating diverse lighting Revit families tailored to project needs

- Ensuring editable parameters can be implemented within Revit families

- Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit for preparing design drawings

- Optimizing the Project CDE platform for monitoring and tracking deliverables

- Assisting in time estimation and costing of lighting specialist projects

- Implementing COBie data within BIM models

- Adapting to the latest technological aspects of BIM within the lighting discipline

- Upskilling team members on efficient use of Revit/CAD tools

Requirements:

- Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering/Lighting Design

- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud

- Experience working on multiple projects as a CAD/BIM support or as part of a wider CAD/BIM team

- Proficient understanding of Revit Family creation

- Knowledge of industry standards for Mechanical, Electrical, and PH services

- Clear understanding of industry Lighting standards
