## Description

We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven individual to join our team as a Leisure Executive at Pullman San Isidro. As a Leisure Executive, you will be responsible for managing our travel agency portfolio and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the travel agency portfolio, strengthening commercial relationships and generating new business opportunities.

- Conduct commercial visits to current and potential clients, identifying growth and loyalty opportunities.

- Negotiate rates, commercial conditions, and agreements with travel agencies, in accordance with hotel policies.

- Monitor sales and results from each agency, identifying opportunities to meet commercial objectives.

- Coordinate with different hotel areas to implement agreed rates and commercial conditions.

- Develop commercial strategies and campaigns, and represent the hotel at national and international tourism events.

Qualifications:

- Technical or university education in Hotel Administration, Tourism, Administration, or related fields.

- 3-5 years of experience in commercial positions, hotel sales, or related to the tourism sector.

- Experience in managing travel agencies and negotiating rates/commercial conditions.

- Advanced English.

- Proficiency in Opera and Excel.

- Customer and results-oriented.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive, organised, and able to negotiate.
