Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Westwood Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and drive business results. You'll be a key ambassador for M&S, embodying our values and commitment to excellence.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 10:00-14:00

- Tuesday: 10:00-14:00

- Thursday: 10:00-14:00

- Saturday: 10:00-14:00

- Christmas period: Up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
