## Description

We are seeking a Stage Assistant(s) Karting to provide commercial and operational support for our Karting Sport and leisure events.

As a Stage Assistant(s) Karting, you will be responsible for:

- Handling incoming client and prospect calls

- Preparing, sending, and following up on quotes, and re-engaging clients as needed

- Managing Open Kart event files

- Ensuring regular communication about Open Kart race entries

- Forwarding Open Kart results to the Communications team for online publication

- Providing operational support during leisure (Open kart and BtoB) and competition events (RMCIT/World Championship/IAME…)

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Ideally, prior experience in sports event management

- Experience in customer reception (in-person and phone)

- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously, react quickly, and enjoy teamwork

- Proficiency in computer tools

- Conversational English language skills

- Availability starting April 2027 for a 6-month internship, including weekends and sports events
