## Description

We are seeking a Client Consultant to join our Private Bank team at the Monza branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of private and family clients, providing assistance and advice on their banking, financial, and insurance needs.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage and develop assigned private and family clients, implementing commercial initiatives defined for the target market.

- Analyse client needs and provide assistance and advice on bank products and services.

- Contribute to achieving branch commercial objectives.

- Ensure continuity and quality of relationships, integrating in-branch interactions with the bank's digital channels.

- Ensure high levels of service, complying with regulatory requirements and operational and administrative obligations.

**Competencies**

- Knowledge of main banking, financial, and insurance products for private and family clients.

- Ability to understand client needs and provide assistance and advice on relevant products.

- Commercial orientation, initiative, and ability to build trust-based relationships.

- Team collaboration and effective use of digital tools and bank systems.

- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimise workflows, and support business challenges.
