## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Bremen. As a Beauty Expert, you will play a key role in driving our business forward and exceeding customer expectations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations

- Converting customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors

- Providing excellent customer service and embodying our brand style

- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field

- A passion for Charlotte Tilbury and a willingness to represent our brand

- Ideally, experience as a make-up artist

- A positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset

- German language skills at level B2
