## Description

The Musketeer represents Red Bull in their area, gaining customers' confidence, securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull at point of sale (POS), and driving continuous volume growth.

Responsibilities:

- Major Activities to Ensure Achievement of key Results and Deliverables

- Living the Red Bull On Premise culture

- Communication

- Event Activation

- Territory Management

- Administration

- Market research

- On Premise Marketing

- Key Priorities

Key priorities include:

- Securing fulfilment of all International and national On Premise guidelines and execution standards

- Continuously tracking results

- High 5 Execution (Perfect Serve, Perfect Visibility, Consumption Activation, Right Price, Menu placements)

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream

- Preferred: 1+ years experience in a sales position with a strong track record of success

- Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in 'the scene'

- Good communication skills, ability to manage and cultivate good relationships

- Negotiation and Objection Handling skills

- Basic understanding of commercial maths

- Business and scene savvy, committed, passionate, and able to live late-night lifestyle

- Proficient in EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

- Basic knowledge in written and spoken English

- Solution-oriented and 'Do-it-now' attitude

- Strong Personality, Presence, Strong Work Ethic, Style, Persistent, Reliable, Self-Aware, Sociable, Flexible Availability, Self-motivated, ambitious
