## Description

We are looking for a Senior Platform Manager, Payment Platform Accounts to join our Payments team. As a Senior Platform Manager, you will define and execute roadmaps for your product area, translating organisational priorities into clear plans, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

You will help shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Payment Accounts area, and lead execution of cross-functional initiatives with partner teams across Payments, Trust, Guest & Host, and Compliance.

Key responsibilities:

- Own account foundations, working with Trust, Guest & Host, and Compliance teams to execute on logical account structures and external account orchestration

- Partner on account receivables and loss-reduction initiatives to improve user experience, operational clarity, or risk outcomes

- Evaluate account-related user data to understand evolving behaviours and needs related to payment activity and management

- Resolve account frictions and compliance information, and manage business-related information and points of contact

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience building payment platforms or fintech products in a product management role

- Demonstrated experience building enterprise or B2B2C products for large marketplaces

- Experience building or managing API-based products and developer-facing platforms

- Ability to define a clear product area strategy, success criteria, and roadmap

- Exceptional prioritisation and decision-making skills

Preferred expertise:

- Technical background: domain experience in multi-rail payment processing & operations

- Experience with payments and risk losses

- Experience scaling digital wallets and identity services

- Experience at a consumer marketplace or two-sided platform with both B2B and B2C product surface areas

This is a remote-eligible role, and the base pay range is $179,000-$207,000 USD.
