## Description

The AI Delivery Lead plays a key role in accelerating Argus's adoption of AI and automation across the business. Working closely with the GenAI team, Technology leadership, and business stakeholders, you will lead the planning and delivery of strategic AI and technology initiatives that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and business value.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and programmes, ensuring priorities are aligned, risks are effectively managed, and initiatives are delivered successfully against agreed objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and technology projects from initiation through to implementation and adoption.

- Manage the AI Champions Programme, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, and delivery of programme objectives.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

- Partner with Technology teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to define project scope, objectives, outcomes, and success measures.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

- Facilitate project governance forums, steering groups, and stakeholder meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs.

- Monitor project performance and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and against agreed business outcomes.

- Champion the adoption of AI solutions and automation opportunities, ensuring projects deliver measurable efficiency and productivity improvements.

- Support business change activities including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.

- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and tracking tools, ensuring accurate visibility of delivery status and priorities.

- Continuously improve project management practices, governance, and delivery processes across the Technology function.
