## Description

We are seeking an Expert in Liability Insurance/Financial Lines to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. As a global insurance group, Howden has a strong presence in 56 countries with 25,000 employees.

**Job Summary:** As an Expert in Liability Insurance/Financial Lines, you will provide expert advice and specialized knowledge to clients, partners, and colleagues on complex issues related to liability insurance and financial lines.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, partners, and colleagues on complex liability insurance and financial lines issues

- Analyze risks and contract situations, and develop informed solutions for demanding insurance situations

- Plan, manage, and analyze tenders for new and existing business, create market comparisons, and derive qualified recommendations for optimal insurance solutions

- Negotiate complex risks with national and international insurers, place individual insurance coverage on the market, and optimize contract conditions and wordings

- Review and create policies, accompany demanding contract matters, support complex damage cases, and ensure high-quality processing throughout the insurance cycle

- Work closely with clients, insurers, and internal departments, contribute to projects and initiatives, and drive the development of product solutions

**Requirements:**

- Completed training as an insurance professional, preferably with additional qualifications such as insurance specialist

- Extensive professional experience of at least 5 years in the described field, with a focus on liability insurance

- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken

- Very good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications

- Team-oriented and willing to learn, with a focus on customer needs
